Spicy Chicken Livers in tomato sauce with rice

INGREDIENTS
450g Chicken Livers
• 1 tbsp Salted Butter
• 3 tbsp Olive Oil
• 2 Onions
• 2 Cloves of Garlic
• 125g  Red Pepper 
• 1 Green Pepper 
• 2 Grated Tomatoes or 1 can of chopped tomatoes 
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tso Black Pepper
•.1 cup of chopped parsley 
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 2 tbsp Rosemary 
• 2 Bay leaves
• 3 Sticks of Thyme
• 1 cup of water 
• 1 cup of red wine
• Cooked rice 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Sauté onions for 3 minutes or until translucent, add garlic, whole spices (bay leaves and thyme and chicken livers 
  3. Sauté until chicken livers are browned, add the wine until it evaporates
  4. add red and green peppers, parsley and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir, add grated tomato, seasonings, oregano, rosemary add water Serve over rice
  6. You can also sprinkle any grated cheese you’d like
