Yields: 1 Serving Difficulty: Easy

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 envelope of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup or more of warm water
  • 2 table spoons of olive oil
  • 400 grams of chopped or pure tomato sauce or paste
  • 1 teaspoon of Oregano
  • 1 package of bacon
  • 1 green pepper
  • and whatever other  toppings you like

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Warm the water not too hot not too cold.
  2. Pour the yeast in a bowl with half cup of water and sugar.
  3. Wait until it starts to rise about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Put flour in bowel add salt and olive oil, then add the yeast mixture, then add the remaining warm water.
  5. If it’s too stiff add more water if it’s too watery add more flour.
  6. Start kneading the dough for about 10 minutes.
  7. Place a towel over the top of the bowl and put in a warm place.
  8. Let it sit for about 40 minutes until it doubles in size.
  9. Add your toppings Place in a preheated oven around 200 Celsius for about 10-20 minutes
