INGREDIENTS
- 3 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 envelope of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup or more of warm water
- 2 table spoons of olive oil
- 400 grams of chopped or pure tomato sauce or paste
- 1 teaspoon of Oregano
- 1 package of bacon
- 1 green pepper
- and whatever other toppings you like
INSTRUCTIONS
- Warm the water not too hot not too cold.
- Pour the yeast in a bowl with half cup of water and sugar.
- Wait until it starts to rise about 5-10 minutes.
- Put flour in bowel add salt and olive oil, then add the yeast mixture, then add the remaining warm water.
- If it’s too stiff add more water if it’s too watery add more flour.
- Start kneading the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Place a towel over the top of the bowl and put in a warm place.
- Let it sit for about 40 minutes until it doubles in size.
- Add your toppings Place in a preheated oven around 200 Celsius for about 10-20 minutes
