Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 envelope of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup or more of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 400grams of chopped or pure tomato sauce or paste
  • 1 teaspoon of Oregano
  • 400grams of Gouda cheese
  • 1 package pf bacon
  • 1 green pepper
  • and whatever other toppings you like

Instructions
 

  • Warm the water not too hot not too cold.
  • Pour the yeast in a bowl with half cup of water and sugar.
  • Wait until it starts to rise about 5-10 minutes.
  • Put flour in bowel add salt and olive oil, then add the yeast mixture, then add the remaining warm water.
  • If it’s too stiff add more water if it’s too watery add more flour.
  • Start kneading the dough for about 10 minutes.
  • Place a towel over the top of the bowl and put in a warm place.
  • Let it sit for about 40 minutes until it doubles in size.
  • Add your toppings Place in a preheated oven around 200 Celsius for about 10-20 minutes
